How To Make A Drawing In Splatoon 2

A lot of people wanted to acquire how to describe in the splatoon style, (Which is pretty easy for me), so I decided I would make a guide!

Brushes to apply?

If you have a drawing program that doesnt permit you to import brushes such equally Ibis Paint, I suggest making your own one! (In Ibis Pigment, you can only play with the default brushes, simply yous tin still make some!) I suggest getting a shape with a lot of squares and jitter on it for the main castor. For shading, I suggest finding a castor that has spots that it doesn't fully erase. The shape will work best if it is a triangle, simply you tin always shave the brush stroke to be as close to a triangle you can make!

How to commencement

Like I said before, I'thousand no professional, and then this won't be the best tutorial. (I forgot to take multiple pictures QwQ I'm deplorable if information technology goes to fast because my lack of photos-)

I suggest you lot beginning sketch the body of the drawing out. This cartoon was a exercise examination with the Marie ref. I propose going with a bolder colour for the hands in example y'all need any assistance with easily.

I suggest you lot alter the opacity when shading from time to time, so it doesn't wait obviously
Don't use the same color for every part of the tentacle, outfit or anything that has the look of feeling stacked. Whatsoever affair that is on peak of any stacked item is usually brighter, and everything on the bottom is always darker.
Abuse the blastoff lock and clipping mask as much as y'all possibly can. Information technology'll assistance a lot with coloring if you can't do it properly.
